All docker containers dissappeared

It's safe to say I'm a novice when it comes to anything linux based and somehow following the instructions on this page has made all of my docker containers dissapear including home assistant.

I have... HAD... home assistant supervised (most recent version) running on a docker container in Open Media Vault. I had left this issue unattended for a long time until today when I hit a roadblock trying diagnose a seperate issue. I was trying to look at logs for my MQTT brocker but didn't show any and mentioned the systemd journal issue. So I decided to try fix the issue and followed the instructions listed and after rebooting the system there are no docker containers running and none of them are evel listed in the GUI.

No idea what to do from here.

I don't have alot of devices and automations set up and I was considering moving to TrueNAS Scale. Is it worth just starting fresh in a new VM?
