Link search results on map to preview popups

When looking at search results rendered on the map, I want to be able to get more information about a result and be able to start navigating.

Pre-Context:

• Assume Render search results on map #165 already exists
• Navigation is already using clicks on the map as input for something, make sure to give pins higher quality
• Preview Popups already exist

Acceptance Criteria:

• When clicking a search result pin, the preview popup for that result is opened

• popup is currently displayed when "show on map" button is clicked on detail page (developed by Team BA)
• related to Team BA's Click label on map, get popup #185 which aims to display the given popup on click on a map label (collaboration?)
  • pins should have higher priority than generic labels
• see interactive mockup of how popups are displayed by clicking a pin
