Language-Agnostic Search

While the app is currently completely in English, it would be great to also get search results when entering a search term in another language.

Pre-Context:

• Trying to find a result with a search query that is not in English
• The entire app content is in English.
• Look at existing translation APIs, e.g. https://github.com/wikiti/deepl-rb.

Post-Context:

• It could be useful to inform the user about the translation and allow the user to toggle it on or off
• If parts of the app content were not in English, it might make sense to additionally translate the search result before matching too

Acceptance Criteria:

• "Raum zum Arbeiten" shows rooms tagged with working ... and so does "Espacio para trabajar"
• "Müller" still shows the person called "Müller" and not only Millers
• This feature can be deployed to production (heroku)
