See #204. Try to talk to team Blue and find out how to get occupancy data for rooms.

Pre-Context:

one of the biggest issues might be mapping our DB rooms to the data source
HPI OWA calendars have this data
Team BA already did a lot of scraping stories, they probably have prior knowledge

Acceptance Criteria:

Roadmap of what is necessary
Optional: working throw-away prototype
