What happened?

When installing the desktop client for Windows, there is a problem with Windows Defender. This first blocks all applications for installation that have an unknown publisher defined. See attached screenshots. You have to work around the problem by explicitly allowing software from unknown publishers. However, this is not possible during the installation, but requires the manual setting of a checkbox in the file properties of the installer.

Translation of the displayed message:
The computer was protected by Windows
protected Microsoft Defender SmartScreen has prevented the start of an unknown app. Running this app may pose a risk to the PC.

App:
HTTPie-Setup-2023.3.6.exe
Publisher: Unknown publisher

winver2
httpie block

Steps to reproduce?

1. Download the following Windows installer (https://github.com/httpie/desktop/releases/download/v2023.3.6/HTTPie-Setup-2023.3.6.exe)
2. Try to install it (e.g. in Windows 10 Version 22H2) with activated Windows Defender

What did you expect to happen?

No additional manual settings are required on the installer itself to perform an installation with Windows Defender activated.
The publisher was defined on the installer.
