axios 污染问题 & uploadFile 错误 #44

项目中也使用了axios，并做了拦截器配置，互相污染导致obs相关接口无法上传，项目中不得不创建新axios实例来规避污染，建议sdk也新建一个实例吧
uploadFile中，合并分段需要字段ETag，但在合并前，上传分段接口是没有返回ETag字段的，所以合并分段前的part.ETag赋值为undefined，导致合并接口入参错误

如果uploadPart中不提供ETag字段，那字段可以从 listParts 中取到
