sdk访问标准的minios服务（暂时没有华为云obs服务，本地使用标准obs代替）报错，建议兼容minios标准接口

从报错信息看，这个错误是服务端要求请求时必须提供Content-Length请求头，这个调用的什么接口呢？麻烦提供一下呢。
