package doesn't work with my vue project

Hi,

I installed project with vue 3.2.13 and try to work with stylelint-order package. I installed package acordingly instruction and now I got error "Definition for rule 'order/properties-order' was not found" in all vue and ts files in project on 1 line. Even in .eslintrc.js.

2. Based on the message, it is coming from misconfigured Stylelint, and not from this plugin.
