There is an open issue about this on jest repo jestjs/jest#7874, a changed our ci tests command based on suggestions in the same issue jestjs/jest#7874 (comment).

If this is node version related, looks like it based on the issue coments, lets review this when upgrading node to 18, this also suggests upgrading jest can also help.

After double checking, i found out we have jest 29 already installed, so i have added the workerIdleMemoryLimit work around also proposed on jestjs/jest#11956
