Deleting local files when using Proton causes an error during sync

Hi,
First I'd like to say this is a great software.
I found a minor glitch when deleting local file in Linux.
During sync there will be an error saying "directory not found".
Once I dismiss this error the file is synced back from the server to local folder thus not able to delete any file from local folder.
for example when "file3.txt" is deleted it gives the error and once the error is dismissed the file is downloaded from Proton server back to local folder.
