Feature Request - Add ID.me to PHP Library

Requesting integration with ID.me for community verification.

Version and provider

I would like to be able to authenticate users registering through the Ultimate Member plug-in for Wordpress as being in the military by using ID.me community verification. Ultimate Member offers a plugin to use Social Login and it is now able to use HybridAuth PHP Library.
