Add "Schematics" section into collection page

The collection should contain a schematics section that looks like this:

@kwiens we don't have an updated design for this section and some design/prototyping work has been done on a different view to browse device parts [prototype]:

Last time I've looked into it Evan also told me this:

I don't think you'll get much use out of it because the set of devices for which we have schematics and parts to sell may be empty.

So what's the next action for this? Do we still want to have a "Schematics" section or should this be closed in favour of the browse parts visualization?
