Hero images: allow the ability to set a focal point on the photo (for mobile view)

There’s not a way to set a focal point on the hero banner photo on product pages (possibly on collection pages as well). The result is, on mobile or any responsive view, the hero image can look odd.

For example, on the Fast Charger page, https://www.ifixit.com/products/ifixit-65w-usb-c-ac-adapter:

This is not my area of expertise. I don't know the right vernacular to describe the problem or propose a solution. I just know that it'd be nice to "set a focal point" on a hero image so it centers on a relevant and ideal part of the photo when the screen resolution is smaller, like on mobile.
