Show/Hide Category Filter Options in Strapi Collection Type ProductList

Problem

Our Strapi ProductList pages show relevant categories that we can filter on the site.

However, there are situations on specific ProductList pages where we'd like to filter out certain categories like "OS".

Solution

Can we make a feature in the ProductList Strapi editor to select which collection filters we'd like to see on the Live site?

Perhaps, this could be done with a checkbox field or a multiselect field?
