Describe the bug
When resizing the app wrapper on Mac OS the window can start to move down the screen.

To Reproduce
This occurs with iPlugEffect - I'm not yet sure exactly why it happens (but if you hit the edge of the screen it seems quite likely, or perhaps if some of the constraints come into play).

Expected behaviour
Window resizes but doesn't move.

It happens when the constraints are hit - so something is going wrong there - could be in igraphics, or the app wrapper.

BREAKING: Increase default Min/Max plug dims

Not really BREAKING but - if you don't want this behaviour define PLUG_MIN_WIDTH etc in config.h
This ameliorates a bug when the limits are hit when resizing the app on macOS
