Strange behavior IGraphics::Resize in Kushview Element (Windows, VST3)

Describe the bug
When resizing the graphics using the IGraphics::Resize method, add a new resize to display in the DAW Kushview element (Windows, VST3).

To Reproduce
Build IPlugInstrument.vst3, start
Element and load this plugin. When you click the "Show/Hide Keyboard" button, the plugin window is incorrectly resized.
When the application is fully minimized to the taskbar, and then expanded, this problem does not occur.

Expected behaviour
Correct resizing of the plugin window.
