When using go-win64api in an application released using goreleaser, I am getting the following error:
error=failed to build for windows_arm64: exit status 1: github.com/iamacarpet/go-win64api: build constraints exclude all Go files in /home/runner/go/pkg/mod/github.com/iamacarpet/go-win64api@v0.0.0-20230324134531-ef6dbdd6db97
