[Bug?] Issue while linting a file containing only imports and exports

Hello,
I found out this issue recently, it seems that in the past 1-2 months there might've been some update to.
as I haven't updated any dependecies recently.

from what I figured out if a typescript file contains only import exports a linting issue appers : 'Cannot read property 'type' of null'

for the moment I just ignored linting for those files, would there be a quick fix for this?
or maybe I'm doing something wrong, any help please?
