rtf is converted but special characters are duplicated in some cases #18

I have a strange thing here. Some input rtf strings have duplicate characters after the conversion.
I did a small sample.

If I take the rtf and convert it in other online tools or word processors, characters aren't duplicated

What I don't know if this is a bug or issue in rtf-to-html package or rtf-parser package
