目录结构是：“章节”，“标题”， “页码”
“第一章 xxxxxx 1” 其实是个没有章节的目录，属于顶级目录
“1.1 xxxxxx 2” 才是有章节的目录，属于二级目录
代码中是以 “1.1” ， “1.2”之类的包含‘.’的章节来区分父子关系的

所以在二级目录前添加一个章节（1.1，1.2 ...）或者直接一个'.' 即可实现二级目录
