有些自己做的文档转换成 pdf 后，没有带书签，比如用 vscode 的 markdown-pdf 生成的，如果能支持根据标题来自动生成书签就会比较棒，比如还可以设置抓取到多少层的子目录。可以根据标题的大小来设定，1级标题，2级标题之类的，自动缩进。

但不知道 pdf 中标题是如何抓取的
