cli: preserve paths

I'm running imagemin ./images/chapters --out-dir ./images/chapters and instead of optimizing in place, writing the files in their original location, all files just get dumped into the ./images/chpaters/ dir, no matter what subdir they were in.

That's the opposite of useful for CI/CD =(

I have the same exact issue - and thus the tool is unusable at this point. Can this be fixed please?
