Hey hudson,

file_get_contents() is disabled on mediatemple and throwing these errors http://www.inboundnow.com/support/topic/cta-install-failure/#lightbox/0/ for cta.

It appears that CURL is allowed on MT.

Is there a wordpress function to get file contents that defaults back to curl if allow_url_fopen is disabled on the server?

I'm not sure of an alternative that uses the filepath to get a file's contents
