描述这个Bug
按win+e无法打开Windows资源器
（这个问题可以通过重新启动Windows资源器来暂时解决）
重现过程
重现过程的步骤:

打开 'Windows资源器——查看——选项——勾选QTTabBar'
2.在QTTabBar选项——窗口行为——打开捕捉新Explorer窗口为标签
3.然后按win+e打开Windows资源器，接着报错

期望的结构
win+e可以打开Windows资源器
