Hiding (or more generally, customizing) React Navigation tab bar

Hey folks,

I just published a blog post about hiding the React Navigation tab bar component using hooks.

Is this idea/content a good fit for a recipe? I'd be happy to:

1. Provide the content for y'all to host as-is, just duplicative on the cookbook
2. Expand/narrow the focus of the post, take editorial feedback from Infinite Red
3. Have someone else in the community adapt the existing post based on editorial/feedback direction.
