Revert back to Expo Go from Ignite v10 CNG

With Ignite v10 moving to Expo CNG as default and introducing some new dependencies that at not Expo Go compatible, this recipe will help others move back towards Expo Go compatibility. This issue is a work in progress since v10 is not finalized but can be monitored here: https://github.com/infinitered/ignite/milestone/20

• remove MMKV, put back async storage
• remove keyboard controller, utilize KeyboardAvoidingView
