The actions/upload-release-asset action used in the release build is deprecated (uses Node12) and no longer maintained.

infinitest/.github/workflows/release.yml

Line 48 in 9dff758

uses: actions/upload-release-asset@v1

Replace is by something else, for instance https://github.com/softprops/action-gh-release
