This can be done by exploiting TEST_CLIENT=0 and TEST_SERVER=0. See https://github.com/Meteor-Community-Packages/meteor-mocha/blob/3a3f581e9c128fd5a9bce205f46c3059c7c49c3d/README.md#run-only-server-or-only-client-tests.
