Symbol names clash with ZSTD #34

Some symbols like HUF_decompress, FSE_decompress have identical names to the same symbols in ZSTD library.
This prevents using Lizard and ZSTD in the same binary.

If I don't compile the entropy files from Lizard and link to ZSTD it appears to work.
I will simply assume that the code is compatible... most likely it is even the same.
