Add url to failureEvent payload

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After reading handling failures docs, I see there is a no direct way to access the failure. I want to send a notification with a link to the failure function page IE: https://app.inngest.com/env/[env]/functions/[fn-name]/logs/[event-id], for now I'll try to build the url.

Describe the solution you'd like
include the url and OR env to inngest in the payload of failure event.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Build the url with the existing data.

Additional context
According to docs example the environment is not available in the event payload, so not able to build the URL.
