Context

Initial brain dump of wishlist for the MASE:

Restarting the local playground causes MASE to be unseeded again -> make seeding smarter
Refactor IDP flow
- We (probably) do not need the "continue" button screen when going through the interaction flow
- Pretti-fy the consent interaction page
Top up user balances
Be able to create new wallet addresses
Prettify all of it (maybe give it a logo/make it look more like a interface for a financial institution, use Interledger/Rafiki styles/colors)
