Feature Request: warn on duplicates

It would be great if adding to your radio would warn if there are any duplicates. I often forget that I already added a track years (or even months) ago, and I’d like to have a relatively clean radio; at the moment I just check manually, but an automatic checker would probably be better!

Caveat: That would mean loading the entire tracklist when adding a single link.

For a while the point of view was that it should be possible to add two times the same tracks.

Of course this does not mean it is not possible to warn if the track is already present.

We could start to check if the youtube id is already listed in the radio.
