Is the only way to set things like --iconBackgroundColor --iconBackgroundColorDark --splashBackgroundColor --splashBackgroundColorDark --logoSplashScale via the command line flags?

I'm ideally looking for a way to set these values within a config file in the project so that simply calling npx capacitor-assets generate will load the relevant values from the given project.
