Countly should support web-worker context now, see Countly/countly-sdk-web#382 (comment)

Thanks for creating this issue @SgtPooki, also:

automatic tracking is not working (like for sessions, views, clicks, etc) as it depends on the window object.

But it should be possible, not sure if this is a priority right now.
