As @diasdavid suggested, we should support having a list of connection options where we can just switch from one to another.

Is this about switching between different IPFS backends (eg. local go-ipfs, embedded js-ipfs, remote HTTP API, etc) ?

If so, we plan to add similar feature to Companion (ipfs/ipfs-companion#491). I think we will also have backend picker in WebUI at some point.

cc @fsdiogo & @olizilla to keep everyone in the loop so our UIs do not drift too far apart :)

also look at https://github.com/RHazDev/IPFS-Manager/releases .
His manager allows for creating multiple peerIDs on the fly,
adding files and easily publishing to any peerID
