I'm trying out Firefox again for a change after years of Chrome, and "videospeed" in Chrome has become essential to my lecture-viewing. I have to change the speed in hour long university lectures quite often, there are frequent passages where I need to slow down but also passages where I can speed things up quite a bit more. So not a use case for normal music or movie videos but specifically for long presentations or lectures with a lot of variance in information density where switching speeds a lot within one video makes sense.
