理论上，OBS包中的 service 文件只能够关联到两个账户：

git@gitee.com:src-openeuler/$PKGNAME.git
git@gitee.com:openeuler-risc-v/$PKGNAME.git

而由于历史原因，可能存在一些包使用了个人的仓库。需要在 2203 发版之前统计和修正。
