App URL Not working

Hey I am seeing the following error using open tomatobar://startStop despite using two slashes (Compare Issue#56)

open tomatobar://startStop No application knows how to open URL tomatobar://startStop (Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-10814 "kLSApplicationNotFoundErr: E.g. no application claims the file" UserInfo={_LSLine=1608, _LSFunction=runEvaluator}).

By the way it would also be super helpful to be able to ask for the Status of the app via AppURL, so I can coordinate the App Icon in the Menu Bar with Bartender.

I second the issue and would also love to see more interfacing options, in my case for Sketchybar.
