Compare Editor highlights are not shown until file opened in Java Editor #75

Coverage highlighting in Compare Editor does not appear until the same file is opened in Java editor.

To regenerate the problem:

Modify some file and then close the editor
Run coverage
Switch to Team Synchronizing perspective
Open the file in compare editor (the coverage is not highlighted)
Right click the file in Synchronize view and choose open with Java Editor
Switch back to compare editor view you've just opened. (coverage appears)
