rumps.alert or rumps.Window will halt rumps.timer(x) #195

Hi.
If you having a rumps.timer(x) running it will halt when you show alert or Window or even open the menu.
It will unhalt as soon as you close the alert, Window or leave the menu.

Recently faced the same issue. Is there anyway to check if the title was clicked?
