这个功能解决了什么问题？

目前排序箭头只有一个，点击后区别不出是正序还是倒序，也没有插槽展示另一个icon

你期望的组件设计是怎样的？

增加一个排序箭头可以显示当前是正序还是倒序，或者排序的时候增加一个icon插槽，通过自定义排序的方法去控制icon的展示
