Issue with running the scrips command: "mix: command not found"

I'm encountering an issue while trying to run the scripts from package.json like "yarn watch" command. I use LocalWP and extract the Tailpress theme from master.zip

However, when I run "yarn watch," I receive the following error message:

$ mix watch
/bin/sh: mix: command not found

Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Am I missing any additional configuration or setup steps? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
