Description

The spotless is used the parent pom, that must be used by all jenkins plugins . Reference: https://github.com/jenkinsci/plugin-pom/blob/692c7757f468ea6b1ecf52a39edb8379020816c3/pom.xml#L109C4-L109C74

Please check @alecharp We need to check also the configuration is present or not to verify the spotless

That ticket would have to be recreated during GSoC. No need for this.
To anyone, please see that this ticket should only be addressed during GSoC 2024 if the project is selected.
