jenv-options-file 100% CPU for no apparent reason

The following bash process seems to hang at 100% cpu for no apparent reason, even without using jdks / having no .jenv-local file in the current working directory.

Sending a sigkill does the job on the shortterm, but doesnt stop jenv from using 100% cpu later on.
