support crd webhooks

Hi,

Is there a plan to support crd webhooks?
There was a PR adding it but was closed because of another commit.

In general, we'd like to understand if there's interest in such feature so that we can push a PR, possibly reusing what was done in #28
We are aming at offering kube-webhook-certgen as an alternative to cert-manager for metallb deployments.
