let network5G = [CTRadioAccessTechnologyNR,CTRadioAccessTechnologyNRNSA]

崩溃类型分别是 EXC_ARITHMETIC EXC_BAD_ACCESS
这种崩溃类型能否拦截防止崩溃

JJException是通过运行时特性来运作的，指针类的错误类型手段比较特殊不在计划范围内
