Guidance for renaming repos in documentation needed

I changed the name of one repo and moved one from jhu to hutch.

In both cases, the sync stopped working.

So we need to tell people to update the sync file and rerender the course, otherwise they will struggle with publishing on Leanpub

Also realizing that the sync for the quizzes repos needs to be filled out - the config automatically has quiz checks off which I don't think we want. Would be nice if users only had to fill out the main sync file and we could automatically populate the quiz one. We would also wouldn't need to tell people to update both when they change names.

We might want to change the courses called _Leanpub from before to be _Quizzes
