[Suggestion] Automatically change charset on certain websites/domains

Hi,

Thank you for this nice extension, I've been using it to my benefit.

I have a feature suggestion: Could you make it so that the extension automatically changes the charset on certain websites or domains if I ask it do so? For example, if I apply UTF-8 on github.com (or whatever website), have an option to "always set github.com to UTF-8" or something like that?
