유저에게 대출 성공 알림을 보낸다.
유저가 예약했을 때 슬랙 메세지를 보낸다.
유저가 예약 1순위가 됐을 때 안내 알림을 보낸다.

todo

  • 예약 시 해당 유저에게 슬랙 메세지가 가는지 확인
  • 대출 시 해당 유저에게 슬랙 메세지가 가는지 확인
  • 예약한 책이 반납 됐을 때 예약 1순위 유저에게 슬랙 메세지 보내기
  • 예약에서 예약 대출자의 성명 혹은 도서명을 입력
  • 예약 검색 시 api 출력
