base: './' 옵션을 넣었을때 어떤일이 일어나는지 아래 이슈관련 테스트를 해보았습니다.
build시 생기는 index.html의 에셋 파일 경로가 base 미설정시 /로 시작하는 절대경로에서 ./로 시작하는 상대경로로 바뀌고, 백엔드쪽에 적어둔 문제가 생기는군요.
